Ortiz MMA is proud of introducing a new caged octagonal ring
in our facilities. we are happy to unveil this new product so that our students
are able to know what it would feel like to be on a professional setting with a
sparring partner in preparation for a fight. you can never have enough
experience in close quarters in a fight. Thus here at Ortiz MMA decided that it
was time to upgrade our gym in order to provide a more realistic fight
environment. thanks to our new cage, we
will also be holding MMA tournaments in our gym to promote our fighters and get
them where they want to be in the sport.
This Octagon is lock down and all set for throwing
knockdowns and grappling matches. it has been designed by an all-star team of
fighters, trainers and engineers that know what it’s like to be on the mats.
for all of our heavy weights the cage has 8 red bumper pads anchored to the
wooden base of the cage by 8 wooden fences and post strong enough to hold an
elephant, so you guys are good to go. for our wrestlers, the surface is safe
and soft so you won't get hurt rolling around in it.
