5. Karate
Karate involves palm strikes which are safe for the knuckles and kicking. it concentrates on adding as much power to the strike while maintaining a fast paced rhythm. some downsides to it are the reloading of the punches makes it very energy consuming as well as predictable. It also doesn't teach take down defense.

3. Muay Thai kickboxing.
Muay Thai kickboxing happens to be my favorite discipline to the day, it involves both knowledge of kicking and boxing as well as the use of elbows and knees. It is fast and powerful due to the maximizing the capabilities of the momentum generated by each punch and kick. it is one of the most complete disciplines there is out there. There is one downside to it you are still vulnerable for a take down, not as much as the ones mentioned before since you can throw knees making it harder but it is still very possible.

2. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Probably the most dangerous one in the list, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is considered the best all around discipline, it involves getting your opponent on the ground and fighting for control until someone is in a favorable position, from there is the bending ,twisting , slicing ,choking on vulnerable body parts like the neck. this is also considered submission wrestling, downside, not as much striking available.

You have great and useful information here. You show all the different fighting styles with great photos to back it up. I do see a few grammatical errors, but for the most part it is an interesting blog post that makes me want to know more about some of these fighting styles. Good job!
ReplyDeleteExcellent topic; highly relevant and engaging for your readers. Grammar and punctuation errors and I really wish you would have used my suggestion to pop in some bold. Doing that with your numbered list, would have been perfect.
